Jerez de la Frontera international airport is 12 kilometres from El Puerto de Santa Maria Cadiz.There are regular internal connecting flights with Barcelona and Madrid. There are several international flights from Frankfurt, Dusseldorf, Berlin, Munich, London and Paris. Jerez airport is used by the following budget airlines: Ryanair, Vueling, and Monarch making it a cheap airport to fly into. Ideal for Golf holidays, short breaks and holidays to the Costa de la Luz unspoilt coastlines.

There is a new train link from the airport which goes directly to El Puerto de Santa Maria and Cadiz The journey time is 19 minutes to El Puerto. The trains leave daily from the airport at the following times:
07,20 (8,20 at weekends)13,20 and 19,25. The journey time to El Puerto is 19 minutes.
They depart from Cadiz at 06,05 ( 7,05 at weekends and bank holidays) 12,10, and 18.10

There is also an airport shuttle bus which runs between the airport, Jerez town centre, El Puerto de Santa Maria and Cádiz. The bus service has regular services to Jerez departing from the airport at 06.20 until the last departure at 21.45. Not all buses connect to El Puerto de Santa Maria. This is the cheapest form of transport as the tickets cost .85 cents into Jerez town centre, 1 Euro to El Puerto de Santa Maria and 2.80 Euros to Cádiz.

Taxis are easily located just outside the arrivals hall and you can expect to pay 20 Euros to Jerez town centre and 48 Euros to El Puerto de Santa Maria. There are several car hire companies also located within the terminal building.
