The house is located some 10 minutes from the
beach and the Marina complex in a quiet residential
area. An ideal villa for a golfing holiday or
a relaxing retreat on the Costa de la Luz
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms both
with ensuite facilities, a fully equipped kitchen
with all mod cons, dishwasher, freezer, oven,
microwave, and hob, washing machine and dryer,
this leads onto an enclosed dining area and the
salt water pool and sun deck.
The upper floor is has a double bedroom with 4
poster bed and ensuite bathroom.
The lounge is also upstairs with a large terrace
to enjoy the superb sunsets over the vineyards.
The house has been elegantly decorated to a very
high standard and is once in the house you won’t
want to leave!!!!
Getting to El Puerto de Santa Maria
Flying to the Costa de la Luz couldn't be easier.
There are regular daily flights in Jerez de la
