This waterfront 3 bedroomed air conditioned apartment
overlooks the Bay of Cádiz and the Marina
of Puerto Sherry and is located at the beach end
of the complex. It has fantastic sea views. It
sleeps up to 9people. Radiators for winter rentals
On the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen with
all mod cons (dishwasher, washing machine fridge/freezer,
microwave and oven/hob) a large terrace off the
kitchen for eating al fresco.
The large/diner is spacious and comfortable with
TV and CD .In the lounge there is a double sofa bed and a day bed .Off the lounge there are, two bedrooms
one with a double bed and the other with 2 single
beds both have ensuite bathrooms.
The upper floor has a bedroom with a double
bed and ensuite bathroom and spacious
terrace overlooking the beach and Marina

The Marina of Puerto Sherry is a short drive
form the old historical town centre of El Puerto
de Santa Maria.
You may need a car to if you wanted to discover
surrounding areas and the many historical cities
such as Jerez, Seville or Cadiz.
The Vistahermosa Golf Course (9 hole) is 5 minutes
walk from the apartment. Horseriding stables,
tennis courts and paddel are all within walking
distance. sailing water ski ing and windsurfing
are available in the marina facilities of Puerto
Sherry
Getting to El Puerto de Santa Maria
Flying to the Costa de la Luz couldn't be easier.
There are regular daily flights in Jerez de la
Frontera from the UK
Seville airport is another option which is 90
minutes drive .
